My Numeracy Progress

Here is a checklist of my numeracy progress this year. I used to be on Stage 5 but I went up to Stage 6 in Term 3. Here is a link to my check list. 

Maths strategy

For maths we made a google drawing to make a math strategy. We had to think of a strategy to do.

Fractions

We have been learning about Fractions. Fractions are part of a shape or of a number. The bottom number is called the denominator. The top number is the numerator.

Here is my fractions assessment.

   

Paper spinner

We made paper spinners for maths we had to use our fraction and shape knowledge to help us fold our spinner. We decorated our spinner with patterns and colours. We battled our spinners with a friend. My spinner worked well and awesome and it was the winner.
