Explanation Writing

Her are my two pieces of explanation writing, the first one is from Term 1, the second one is from Term 4. I  think I did better than in Term 1. I did better because of my punctuation, ideas and grammar .

What make a good friend?

Have you ever wondered how to be a good friend being a good friend means you have to care for them as well as you respect others and friend just the way you what to be treated the same.

Firstly, Being a good friend means when you play someone you have to encloud your friend because if you don’t encould your friend your not being a good friend.If you don’t encould they might not want to be your friend and more they might go find other friend.

Rubbish

Rubbish is an environmental problem an environmental problem can cause poison to the sea creatures and animals in the wild.

Reason 1: Poison is bad for the environment so keep you rubbish and put it in the rubbish bin or take it home with you so it doesn’t fly away and into the water and kill the sea animals in the would. Throwing your rubbish at the rubbish bin means it's going to fly away and that not good for the environment if the rubbish kills the animals then they will be stinky dead animals on the planet and it will destroy the earth.

Reason 2: Keep your rubbish in your car or lunch box so you don’t pilot the environment polluting the means no animals no water because all the fish will be dead and they will be rotten and it will smell like stinky dead fish. If you your rubbish away your killing the environment because all the animals die and rot away and kill the earth.

Reason 3 : Don’t buy thing with rubbish that you will throw away they will kill earth.

My Explanation Writing

This week we have been making things for Greats and Grands Day. Tomorrow we are having a big event with our Grandparents. Also we have been Writing Explanation Writing for our Grandparents that are coming to Greats and Grands day. On Great and Grands Day we are selling books and plants and we will have old fashion games and a shared morning tea. We will be reading out our personal
explanation writing to our Grandparents on the day.

Beginning	Title Copy your explanation title here.	How Grandparents Cope When they are Lonely.
	1st paragraph Define and describe what you are explaining.	A grandparent is a person who is so old that their baby has had a baby. When people start to get old then their bodies start to wear out and their families might have moved somewhere else. This can lead to problems. Loneliness is one problem that a grandparent can have.

Middle	2nd paragraph	One thing that a grandparent can do to cope with being lonely is go for daily walks or a day out somewhere with a friend.
	3rd paragraph	Another thing would be to visit and stayover at  their grandchildren's house. There they would be so busy they would not have time to be lonely.
	4th paragraph	A third thing that a grandparent could do is to make sure they always have something to do, like their housework or work in the garden.They could also go to their grandchildren's school Greats and Grands Day.
End	5th paragraph Wind up your writing.	Grandparents get lonely because when they get  old people pass away and you lose friends and family. But, by keeping in contact with lots of people, grandparents can feel less alone.
