My Bio Poem

We are learning about poetry with Mrs Craig and Mrs B. We had to write a bio poem. Here is mine.

Reading poetry Lesson 1

Learn: The difference between prose and poetry.

Create: A DLO which shows short texts sorted  into two groups; prose or poetry and which includes at least one image.

Is it poetry or is it prose?

Poetry

A brother….

Sees you come last

Sees you come first

Sees you at your best

Sees you at your worst

Sees your lows

Sees your highs

But through all of this

He always stands by.

Prose

In my opinion, a brother is the best kind of relative you can have. A brother knows everything about you; all of your highs and lows and all of your wins and losses, but through it all he will always stand by you and be there for you.
